Chlorella is a single-celled green algae that is found in freshwater bodies of water and contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals. The microscopic plant owes its green color to the high concentration of chlorophyll in its composition, which makes it a preferred supplement by people following a certain diet and various cleansing regimes.
Method of use:
The recommended daily dose is 1 tsp. per day. If you have not used chlorella before, we recommend that you start with a small dose and gradually increase the amount until you reach 1 teaspoon. Consume 30 minutes before meals. Add to a shake or freshly squeezed juice. It can be added to sweet and salty foods such as desserts, soups, sauces.
