Subra Premium Club – Terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for obtaining and using a SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB Card. The issuer and owner of the card is "Alta Mar" Ltd. and the card can only be used in pharmacies operating under the trademark "Subra pharmacies". SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB is a customer loyalty program created and organized for Subra Pharmacies.

The club card can be applied for digitally via the Subra Pharmacies website www. Subra.bg or using a QR code. After creating an online account, SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cardholders can use the card in physical Subra pharmacies and for online purchases.

Points from purchases are accumulated only after prior presentation of the card or the linear barcode generated when the card is requested from www.subra.bg.

Cashback on accumulated points can only be redeemed at physical pharmacy outlets.

For any information regarding the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card, members can contact marketing@subra.bg or visit any Subra pharmacy.

The Card Owner reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions, to terminate the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB program, and to block issued SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cards in the event that they do not meet the stated conditions. All decisions in relation to SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB shall be announced publicly on the website www.subra.bg and shall take effect from the date of their announcement, unless otherwise stated.

The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB Card shall remain valid until the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB is terminated or until the cardholder's application for termination is received. The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB Cardholder may, at any time, by written application sent via email to office@subra.bg, marketing@subra.bg or at to leave the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB and waive the use of the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB Card and all benefits derived therefrom.

Upon termination of membership, the Data Controller is obliged to destroy all personal data of the cardholder who has renounced his SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card.

"Alta Mar” Ltd. cannot be held liable for any damages that cardholders may suffer in the event of technical problems or force majeure preventing the operation of the computer systems.

SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB

Any individual meeting the requirements of these General Terms and Conditions is entitled to take advantage of the various types of discounts and promotions when purchasing products from Subra pharmacies in the territory of the country, valid at the time of purchase, using a SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card. SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cardholders also have the opportunity to participate in additional promotions and marketing campaigns when they are announced by Subra pharmacies, if they meet the conditions for participation in them.

The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB Card is available to any adult and able-bodied natural person who has a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria.

An online account can be created:

By registering via the website www.subra.bg by filling in all the mandatory data on the Internet in the online form and by explicitly confirming that all the data provided by the person are true and accurate and that the person agrees to the terms and conditions.as well as to the processing of his personal data. After filling in the person is sent an email containing a link to the Subra Pharmacies website, which the club member should open and thus confirm his email address. At the address provided, the person completes their online registration.

The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card may also provide various short-term benefits to its users, which are individually tailored to the personal data from the membership application and/or to the purchase data of each cardholder separately.

The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card is only registered to one person (name, surname, location, telephone, mobile operator, email) and it is not possible to issue a second SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card to the same person.

The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card operates on the principle of aggregating the value of all purchases.

The accumulation of points under the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB program does not include medicinal products which are dispensed on prescription on the basis of Regulation No. 28 of the Medical Products Act, paragraph 2, paragraph 4.

The accumulation of points under the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB program includes products with promotional and special

Points generation system:

- For every 1 lev of purchases of specific products, the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cardholder receives 2 points. In no case can the card, the number of points and the rights derived from them be redeemed in cash.

- Accumulated points and unused cashback are reset to the card at the end of each calendar year;

- If the customer has not used the Subra Premium card for 24 months, the card is blocked and declared invalid.

- The card is marked at the beginning of purchases. No points are accumulated on the Subra Premium Card in case the cash voucher has expired and the card has not been marked before purchase;

How points and cashback are generated:

Have three levels of points accumulation and cashback generation.  When the corresponding level of points is reached, cashback is generated for that level only.

* When a SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cardholder accumulates 1,400 points, he/she receives cashback totaling BGN 50.

* When the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cardholder collects 2,600 points, he/she receives cashback totaling BGN 100.

* When the SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB cardholder collects 4,000 points, he receives cashback totaling 150 BGN.

How cashback is used:

- The generated cashback of 50,100 or 150 BGN can be used on one purchase of a value greater than or equal to the cashback.

If the value of the receipt is greater than the cashback , the customer pays the difference

After using cashback worth 50,100 or 150 BGN, the points that generated the cashback are reset to zero.

Example: if you have accumulated 2600 points you have a cashback of 100 BGN. In case you use it, 2600 points will be reset to zero.

The SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB card is not a bank card or a means of payment.

In the event of a lost, stolen or damaged card, it will be blocked from the date of notification to the card issuer and card owner.

 

By participating in SUBRA PREMIUM CLUB and accepting these Terms and Conditions, each Member:

(a) declares that, when completing the Form, it provides its own personal data;

(b) declares that he/she is aware of the purposes and conditions of the processing of his/her personal data and voluntarily provides his/her personal data;

(c) expresses his/her express, voluntary and informed consent (in accordance with Article 4 of the DPA) to his/her personal data being processed by the establishments operating under the Subra Pharmacies brand and by the persons specified in these Terms and Conditions for the purposes and in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, including his/her express, voluntary and informed consent to his/her personal data being processed by automated means;

(d) gives his/her explicit, voluntary and informed consent to his/her personal data being used in accordance with these terms and conditions for direct marketing purposes;

(e) declares that he is aware of the possibility given to him to object at any time to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.
