Flavia Pharma Ltd holds the relevant permits, within the meaning of Article 229, paragraph 2 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, for retail trade in medicinal products in the company's facility located at Sofia, Vrabnitsa district, Slivnitsa Boulevard 578; with supervisor Pharm. Nikolay Emilov Razlogov (Permit AP-1619-5/22.08.23) issued by the Executive Medicines Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The website subra.bg has a permit for Internet trading of medicinal products without prescription - SL-36/13.04.2018 (old-no SL-42/21.12.2016) from the Executive Agency for Medicines.

The prices of the goods announced on the website are valid only for purchase through the electronic pharmacy www.subra.bg
Goods available on the website may not be available in all outlets of the Subra Pharmacies chain.
Promotions and special activities with the participation of gifts, announced on the website, are valid for purchases made on subra.bg.
The website www.subra.bg and Flavia Pharma Ltd are not responsible for:
- incompleteness and inaccuracies in the description of the goods that do not relate to the main characteristics of the goods, including possible differences in the colours of the goods purchased due to different types of computer screens and their settings;
- all information regarding the goods offered for sale through the electronic pharmacy including but not limited to technical characteristics, warranty conditions, method of use, etc. is provided by the manufacturer, respectively the importer of the respective goods, as Flavia Pharma Ltd. and respectively the electronic site www.subra.bg shall not be held liable in any way for the manner in which this information is provided, as well as for typographical errors.

6. Rights and obligations in distance selling
Flavia Pharma Ltd. undertakes to ensure conditions for the proper packaging, transportation and delivery of the products so that their quality and efficacy are preserved. The BUYER has the right to return the product, at his expense, within 3 days of purchase, if he changes his mind for any reason, provided that the product shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging. Upon fulfillment of the above conditions, after receipt of the product, Flavia Pharma Ltd shall be obliged to refund to the BUYER the amount paid for the specified product.
7. Consumer protection
The cancellation period is 3 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier named by you take possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, geographical address and, if available, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, and of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Effect of the withdrawal. If you cancel this order, we will refund any payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive the goods back. We will make the refund using the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. We expect you to send or return the goods back to us at your expense, without undue delay and in any event no later than 3 days after the day on which you have informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of cancellation, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, intact and unused. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and not to refund the amount paid by you.
In all cases, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act shall be complied with.
