Biotona Bio SuperSprouts is a superb mix of organic buckwheat, broccoli, brown millet, sunflower, oat, pumpkin, red quinoa, white and black sesame, alfalfa seeds. After being thoroughly washed, the seeds are left to germinate on a tray for about 1-2 days under strict control and certain conditions. After germination, they are dried for 24 hours at a maximum temperature of 42 degrees. Germination releases hidden powers and qualities of the seeds and presents their unique qualities. These seeds are much easier to digest! This process guarantees a high quality of the product, which retains a high concentration of nutrients and vitamins. Bioton 's technique in this process should not be compared with the standard process of preparation of seeds and cereals in which 100 degrees are usually used for drying. With its organic cultivation and highly specific preparation process determines the unique taste of the product.
Usage: you can use Biotona Bio SuperSprouts as part of your breakfast together with other superfoods spread on pudding, yogurt or salad. You can eat them directly or added to a light breakfast or lunch.
