Recommended daily intake: Adults and children over 1 year, 1 capsule daily. If desired or on the recommendation of a specialist, it is possible to increase to 2 capsules per day. For best results, take daily with a meal, preferably breakfast. It can also be taken for a longer period of time.

Daily intake provides (1 capsule): 5 billion (5x109) live cultures, 88mg FOS fiber.

How to use: Swallow the capsule whole with enough liquid. For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with cold food or drink.
