Method of use:
Boil 1 tsp. anise fruit with 300 ml of boiling water for 30 minutes at room temperature. Strain the tea through cheesecloth. The extract has a shelf life of 12 hours if stored in a refrigerator without freezing.
Drink the infusion 100 ml 3 times a day. Infants and small children should take 1-2 tsp each. from extract after each meal.
Attention! Not recommended during pregnancy.
