How to use Reflux Herbal Tea - organic: For a cup of tea, pour one bag with 200 ml of boiling water. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes with a lid on to avoid the loss of volatile ingredients. If necessary, take up to two cups a day, preferably after main meals. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon.
