Orophar Intense 8.75 mg/dose oral spray, solution, is a non-prescription medicine for acute sore throats and provides long-term pain relief. The active substance is flurbiprofen. Flurbiprofen belongs to a group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which work by changing the way the body responds to pain, swelling and fever. Orophar Intense is used short-term to relieve the symptoms of a red, sore throat, such as throat irritation, pain, difficulty swallowing and swelling in adults aged 18 years and over. You should consult a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 3 days.

The active substance is: flurbiprofen. One dose (3 sprays) contains 8.75 mg flurbiprofen. Each spray contains 2.92 mg flurbiprofen. 1 ml of oromucosal spray, solution contains 16.2 mg flurbiprofen.
The other ingredients are: Betadex (E459), hydroxypropylbetadex, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, citric acid (E330), sodium hydroxide, saccharin sodium (E954), purified water, cherry flavor (contains natural flavorings: d-limonene, citral, eugenol; ethyl alcohol, glyceryl triacetate (E 1518), water, propylene glycol (E1520), ascorbic acid (E300), alpha-tocopherol (E307), citric acid (E300) )), mint flavor (contains natural flavorings: d-limonene; propylene glycol (E1520), glyceryl triacetate (E1518), alpha-tocopherol (E307), ethyl alcohol, pulegone, menthofuran).
