Prepare freshly boiled water and let it cool to 40o C - 50o C. 2. Sterilize the bottle and teat immediately before use. Pour about half of the specified amount of water into the bottle. 3. Check the exact amount of milk you should use in the Food Plan and Amount Chart. Pour the dry contents into the bottle using the measuring spoon. Always level the full measuring spoons, but without using sharp objects to do so. 4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Pour in the rest of the water and shake vigorously once more. 5. Allow to cool to drinking temperature. Important: always pre-check the temperature before eating.
