DEGASIN® Baby 66.6 mg/ml simethicone emulsion is a medical device for the relief and symptomatic treatment of colic in infants, as well as gastrointestinal complaints associated with gas formation, such as flatulence, feeling of heaviness, upper abdominal pain, belching, irritable bowel syndrome and postoperative pain associated with gas. The product is suitable for all ages: babies from 0 months, children, adolescents and adults.
Composition:
• Degasin Baby contains 66.6 mg of simethicone in 1ml of emulsion.
Dosage and methods of use:
• Infants and formula-fed babies
10-20 drops (0.3 - 0.6 ml) to each bottle of formula or before each breastfeeding with a small spoon.
• Young children (1-6 years)
20 drops of DEGASIN® Baby during or after meals. If necessary, they can take another 20 drops of DEGASIN® Baby before bedtime.
• School-age children: 30 to 40 drops (0.9 to 1.2 ml) every 4-6 hours
• Adults: 40 to 60 drops (1.2 to 1.8 ml) every 4-6 hours
Take during or after meals and before bedtime, if necessary.
