Parabol Max contains ibuprofen, which belongs to a group of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). NSAIDs provide relief by changing the body's response to pain and fever. Parabol Max is used in adults and adolescents weighing 40 kg and aged 12 years and over. It is used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, menstrual pain, toothache, fever and pain associated with colds.

Excipients: macrogol 600 (E 1521), potassium hydroxide (E525), purified water, gelatin, liquid partially dehydrated sorbitol (E420), and printing ink consisting of black iron oxide (E 172), propylene glycol (E1520) and hypromellose (E464).
