•Traditional medicine has been using the narrow-leaved yarrow for centuries. Dr. Theiss modernized the formula of the well-known yarrow syrup by using a pure extract from its stems. This extract contributes to good health of the upper respiratory tract. Mucoplant syrup of narrow-leaved yarrow "Good Night" contains three additional extracts - thyme, chamomile and lemon balm, the latter of which contributes to a restful sleep. The syrup is especially preferred for children. It also does not contain sugar.
•Recommended dose: 3 times daily 1 tablespoon (15 ml) for adults, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) for children from 6 to 12 years and 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) for children from 1 to 6 years. The syrup does not contain sugar and can be taken safely after brushing your teeth in the evening.
