WATER-SALT balance

• Regulates water balance and alkaline-acid balance
• Stimulates cell division (important during pregnancy)

Salt on: fluid balance. It is involved in the construction of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, intervertebral discs and the lens of the eye. Regulates blood volume and helps with overheating, heatstroke and sunstroke.
