Milofen Kids contains ibuprofen, which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by relieving pain, swelling (inflammation) and reducing high fever.
Milofen Kids can be used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as sore throat, teething pain, toothache, earache, headache, minor trauma and sprains. It can also be used from 3 months of age to relieve cold and flu symptoms and to reduce fever, including post-immunization fever.

Milofen Kids is indicated for children aged 3 months to 12 years (>5 kg):
for the reduction of high fever, including post-immunization pyrexia
to relieve cold and flu symptoms
for the relief of mild to moderate sore throat pain, teething pain, toothache, otitis, headache, minor trauma and sprains.
Method of use:

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
Always shake the bottle well before use.
Always use the syringe that is included in the package. The syringe is used to measure 2.5 ml or 5 ml by drawing the liquid up to the exact mark on the syringe.

• Do not give more than 2 doses in a period of 24 hours.
• Do not give more of the medicine after the second 2.5 ml. Go to the doctor if the fever does not

** The dose should be administered at an interval of 6 - 8 hours. Leave a space of no less than
4 hours between doses.
Do not give to children under 3 months of age, unless your doctor has advised you to do so.
