Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex disorder of ovarian function. In this condition, the ovaries are larger than average and contain many cysts - small cavities filled with fluid. Their outer surface appears uneven due to the unusually large number of small follicles. In PCOS, many follicles do not reach full development, ovulation occurs very rarely, which is why patients may have irregular menstruation and suffer from infertility. Other signs of the disease are a feeling of heaviness, the appearance of increased hair growth or early baldness.

The specific action of D-chiro-inositol and Myo-inositol in the composition of Inoginol is expressed in reducing insulin resistance and preventing oxidative stress. The effect is further enhanced by the addition of Revifast and Vitamin D. In the treatment of PCOS, the administration of both stereoisomers of Inositol is absolutely necessary: Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. In patients with PCOS and type 2 diabetes, a deficiency of the enzyme epimerase is observed, which changes the ratio of these 2 stereoisomers. As a result, the condition in PCOS and type 2 diabetes worsens.
D-chiroinositol: Reduces insulin resistance by regulating glucose metabolism. Also has antioxidant activity.
Myo-inositol: An important component of the follicular microenvironment, regulates calcium metabolism and improves oocyte quality.
The ratio between D-chiro-inositol and myo-inositol correlates directly with insulin resistance.

Method of use:
Inoginol can be taken at any time of the day. The dosage is 1 tablet daily.
At the discretion of the treating physician, the dose may be adjusted to 2 tablets per day.
