Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex disorder of ovarian function. With him, they have larger than average sizes and contain numerous cysts inside - small cavities filled with liquid. Their outer surface looks uneven due to the unusually large number of small follicles. In PCOS, many of the follicles do not reach their full development, ovulation occurs very rarely, because of which patients may have irregular periods and suffer from infertility. Other signs of the disease are a feeling of heaviness, increased hair growth or early baldness.

The specific action of D-chiroinositol and Myo-inositol in the composition of Inoginol is expressed in reducing insulin resistance and preventing oxidative stress. The effect is further enhanced by the addition of Revifast and Vitamin D. In the treatment of PCOS, the application of both stereoisomers of Inositol is absolutely necessary: Myo-inositol and D-chiroinositol. In patients with PCOS and type 2 diabetes, there is a deficiency of the enzyme epimerase, which changes the ratio of these 2 stereoisomers. As a result, the condition worsens in PCOS and Type 2 Diabetes.
D-Chyroinositol: Reduces insulin resistance by regulating glucose metabolism. It also has antioxidant activity.

Method of use:
Inoginol can be taken at any time of the day. The dosage is 1 tablet daily.
At the discretion of the attending physician, the dose may be adjusted to 2 tablets per day
