Instructions for use: The posture corrector ensures the formation of correct posture in children and adolescents, reduces upper back pain caused by scoliosis, kyphosis, kyphoscoliosis or arthritis, prevents spinal deformation, forms a habit of correct posture, helps to avoid many diseases associated with incorrect posture (disorders of the respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive and other systems). A correctly placed corrector pulls the shoulders back, stretches the chest and straightens the spine. The feeling of fatigue in the muscles is an indication of the effective use of the corrector. The healing effect is due to the effect of "remembering the correct position" of the spine. It is recommended in combination with a complex of therapeutic exercises.
