Compeed® Discreet Cold Sore Patch starts working at the first sign of cold sores and supports your body's natural healing process. It contains hydrocolloid technology, which creates an optimal germ-free healing environment to prevent scabbing and the spread of cold sores. The patch is very discreet and stays in place for up to 12 hours.

1. Clean your hands before and after use. Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Do not apply cream before use.
2. Using both hands, peel the clear paper applicator from the green protective cover.
3. Use the round herpes patch on the top of the applicator.
4. Place this part of the applicator on the cold sore and press down gently to stick the patch firmly.
5. Remove the applicator, leaving the patch in place. Leave the patch in place until it is completely detached from the skin.
6. Before it starts to separate completely, grab the edge with both hands and pull it gently, creating a "chewing gum" effect, until it separates completely.
