Advent Life Rapid 12-in-1 Combined Drug Test Advent Life's 12-in-1 Combined Drug Test detects the following drugs at concentrations above the detection limit of the test: amphetamines (AMP), benzodiazepines (BZO), cocaine (COC), marijuana (THC), methadone (MTD), methamphetamine (MET), methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), opiates (OPI), tricyclic antidepressants (TCA), ketamine (KET), synthetic cannabis (K2), and fentanyl (FTY). Why take a drug test? Multi-component tests allow for a complete picture of potential use of various substances. They are useful in workplace control, rehabilitation, or personal monitoring. What is the test and what does it report? The test is designed to check for intoxication and provides a qualitative, preliminary result. The test is a rapid urine immunoassay that simultaneously detects 12 different drugs at the following cut-off concentrations: - Amphetamines (AMP) - 1000 ng/mL - Benzodiazepines (BZO) - 300 ng/mL - Cocaine (COC) - 300 ng/mL - Marijuana (THC) - 50 ng/mL - Methadone (MTD) - 300 ng/mL - Methamphetamine (MET) - 1000 ng/mL - Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) - 500 ng/mL - Opiates (OPI) - 2000 ng/mL - Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA) - 1000 ng/mL - Ketamine (KET) - 1000 ng/mL - Synthetic Cannabis (K2) - 50 ng/mL - Fentanyl (FTY) - 20 ng/mL Each panel reacts to a specific drug, indicating its presence or absence. What does a positive result mean? A colored line appears in the control region (C). No colored line appears in the test region (T). This indicates a positive result for the drug corresponding to the test region without a colored line. This is a preliminary result and laboratory analysis (e.g. GC/MS) is recommended for confirmation. Do not ignore these signs of use: • Marked changes in behavior • Problems with memory, sleep or attention • Physical signs – tremors, drowsiness, sweating • Refusal to eat or contact Procedure: Dip the absorbent tip in urine for at least 10 seconds. Place the test on a flat surface and read the result after 5 minutes. The test contains one test panel, one desiccant and instructions for use.
