Spray for antiseptic cleaning, moisturizing and care of infected or non-infected acute and chronic wounds, including thermal and chemical wounds (e.g. 1st and 2nd degree burns). - Protects against infections and prevents re-infection of the wound - Supports the natural healing process of the wound - Moisturizes and softens dried bandages and dressings and thus prevents secondary trauma - Does not irritate the skin, does not sting and does not cause pain - Easy to apply, even on the move - Suitable for sensitive skin - Odorless and colorless - Dermatologically tested With spray function while turned upside down - this ensures cleaning even in hard-to-reach places. Kosmos wound cleaning spray contains the antimicrobial substance "polyhexanide" (0.1% PHMB) and poloxamer. Medical device: Class III Instructions for use Cosmos® Wound Spray should be used to clean the wound surface and moisten it before proceeding with any treatment. Cosmos® Wound Spray can be applied directly to the wound, as well as to bandages and dressings. The entire wound and its surroundings should be thoroughly sprayed with the spray and cleaned to minimize the risk of transferring contaminants and microorganisms to the wound surface. The application can be repeated depending on the condition of the wound without time limits. In case of use to soften dressings that adhere to the wound surface, wet the materials thoroughly with Cosmos® Wound Spray. Wait approximately 5-10 minutes until the dressing is soaked and carefully remove it from the wound. Do not use Cosmos® Wound Spray in the following cases: 1. Not suitable for use in aseptic operations on joints and hyaline cartilage, on the middle and inner ear and on the eye 2. If the patient is known or suspected to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. 3. On the central nervous system or meninges. 4. Together with anionic surfactants, cleansing soaps, creams, oils, enzymes, etc. Before use, these substances must be completely removed from the wound surface. 5. For peritoneal lavage and irrigation. 6. Should not be used during the first four months of pregnancy. Depending on the risk-benefit assessment, its use in the later stages of pregnancy should be considered according to the doctor's recommendations.
