For the treatment of muscle and joint pain
Difortan is an over-the-counter medicinal product that contains etofenamate - a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for topical application to the skin, directly on the painful area.
It works by relieving pain, reducing inflammation and swelling.
Indications
It is used for:
muscle and joint pain
back and waist pain
injuries such as sprains, strains, and bruises
tendon inflammation (tendinitis)
rheumatic diseases (rheumatism), such as arthritis and arthrosis
It is applied directly to the painful area, acting locally where the pain is.
Active ingredient
Etofenamate 100 mg/g (10%)
- Each 50 g of Difortan contains 5 g of etofenamate.
Other ingredients: isopropyl alcohol, glycerol, trolamine, carbomers and purified
water.
