Instructions for use:
1. Blow your nose before using Sinomarin® Adults.
2. Remove the bottle guard, remove the protective cap and place the nasal applicator firmly on the bottle.
3. Bend your neck slightly forward over the sink and tilt your head to one side.
4. Carefully place the applicator in the opposite nostril, parallel to the nasal septum, and press firmly.
5. Tilt your head to the opposite side and repeat the application in the other nostril.
6. Remove the applicator from your nose, return to an upright position, letting the solution sit for a few seconds or more, and then blow your nose.
7. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
8. Remove the nasal applicator from the bottle, wash thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry after each use and before placing it on the bottle.
