To help stop and prevent bleeding gums, use twice a day, over an extended period of time. Brush your teeth twice a day, but no more than 3 times a day, avoiding swallowing and spitting. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Talk to your dentist or doctor as soon as possible if you have swelling of the mouth or face. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
