The MyBella menstrual cup is comfortable, flexible, easy to insert and reusable. It comes with a MyBella storage container. It is made of medical silicone - it does not irritate or cause sensitivity. 100% plastic, latex, and BPA free. The cup can be used for up to 12 hours, both during the day and at night - in a lying position. Just remember to empty it right before going to bed and immediately after waking up. In case of very heavy menstruation, it is recommended to empty the cup every 3 - 5 hours. When bleeding is less intense, you can use it for up to 12 hours. However, this is the maximum time - do not exceed this limit, so as not to jeopardize your health and proper hygiene.

Method of use
Cup folding
Squeeze the sides of the cup with your fingers so that the edges fold into a C or Punch Down shape. Inserting the cup will be easier if you choose a comfortable position. Insert the folded cup into your vagina. When you release your grip, the cup will open, pressing against the walls. You can run your finger along the edge to check the fit.
Removing the cup
Squeeze the base of the cup and use your finger to peel it away from the walls of your cervix, breaking the vacuum. Then, carefully slide the cup out and empty its contents into the toilet.
Disinfection of the cup:
Place the cup in the container. Pour warm or cold water, close the container and shake it vigorously for a few seconds. And then use it again! You can also clean it with intimate wipes. Remember that before the first and after the last use during the cycle, you must disinfect the cup - preferably in the my bella container designed for this purpose. You can do this using the my bella container included in the set. Fill the container with water and place it without a lid in the microwave at 850 W for 5 minutes. You can also scald the cup in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
