Ethyl alcohol 90% of Galen Pharmaza application on the skin. It is mainly applied externally as an antiseptic and revulsive agent for cleaning, frictions, compresses, etc. Internally it is used for gangrene and lung abscess in the form of a 20-33% solution in a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride or distilled water. It is widely used as an organic solvent and for the preparation of some galenic forms.
Active substance: Ethanol 90%. Excipients: purified water.
