Alvokast 10 mg is indicated for the treatment of asthma as adjunctive therapy in patients with mild to moderate persistent asthma who are not adequately controlled with inhaled corticosteroids and in whom short-acting β-agonists administered as needed do not provide adequate clinical control of asthma. In patients prescribed Montelukast for the treatment of asthma, the medicinal product may also contribute to the symptomatic relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Alvokast 10 mg is also indicated for the prevention of asthma in which the predominant component is exercise-induced bronchospasm.Montelukast 10 mg
