The formula contains 5% Dexpanthenol, which strengthens the skin's protective barrier, keeps the skin healthy and elastic and provides up to 24 hours of hydration. The product also prevents 90% of pollen from penetrating the skin and is therefore suitable for use on skin prone to allergies. Thanks to dexpanthenol, the formula has healing properties for wounds. Clinical researches
Dexpanthenol is known to strengthen the skin barrier and make the skin healthier and more resilient. It stimulates skin regeneration and thus improves its condition.
Enzyme activity was significantly improved in volunteers using Eucerin's sensitive skin products with the active combination of pH5 citrate barrier, dexpanthenol and glycerin.
The skin was also significantly more hydrated compared to the placebo treatment.
Further research has confirmed that Eucerin pH5 products are suitable for use on allergy-prone skin.
