A deeply hydrating natural agent rich in vitamins, minerals and beneficial fatty acids that are important for the skin.
Beef tallow naturally contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K - plus conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and niacin - which have a natural anti-inflammatory effect to improve regeneration, elasticity, skin tone and the appearance of UV-damaged and dehydrated skin. It has a strong concentration of oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid, which support deep hydration and natural sebum production. Rich in ceramides and fatty acids similar to our skin, beef tallow is better absorbed than most plant-based oils.
Beef tallow was traditionally used by our ancestors in making soaps before the introduction of conventional synthetic detergents.
