Made exclusively with tallow from pasture-raised calves on a Bulgarian Black Angus farm.
Why beef tallow?
Beef tallow naturally contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K - plus conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and niacin - which have a natural anti-inflammatory effect to improve regeneration, elasticity, skin tone and the appearance of UV-damaged and dehydrated skin. It has a strong concentration of oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid, which support deep hydration and natural sebum production. Rich in ceramides and fatty acids similar to our skin, beef tallow absorbs instantly and easily for better absorption compared to most plant-based oils. Beef tallow was traditionally used by our ancestors as a long-lasting moisturizer before the introduction of petroleum products in cosmetics.
