Contains the special ingredient Sympeptide 226EL, an eyelash conditioner that helps prevent breakage. Made in Italy. Reinforced with the ultra-nourishing base, your lashes will look thicker, longer and more defined.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
•Coat the applicator brush with a generous amount of GrandePRIMER eyelash primer.
•Generously apply one to two coats of GrandePRIMER Lash Primer to the lashes in upward sweeping motions as you would apply mascara, from base to tip.
GrandePRIMER eyelash primer turns white. Immediately apply mascara before the lash base dries completely.
