Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming or drying off and sweating. Apply liberally as reducing the amount will reduce the level of protection.|Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you use sunscreen. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Use sun-protective clothing (hats, sunglasses, T-shirt).
