How to use - Before each exposure to the sun, apply a sufficient amount of the product (for example, an average of 6 sprays per forearm of an adult). - Reapply frequently, in case of prolonged exposure to the sun and after each bath. Good sun protection practices - Avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours of the day, between 11am and 4pm. - Use sun protection (hat, sunglasses, T-shirt...). - Do not expose babies and small children directly to the sun. - To achieve the indicated level of SPF protection, apply a layer of the sunscreen product at a thickness of 2mg/cm2, which corresponds to about 36 grams (6 full teaspoons) for the body of an adult.
