Apply generously to the skin before sun exposure and repeat frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or using towels, to maintain the level of protection. Reducing the amount you apply significantly reduces the level of sun protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even when using a sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat.
