Eryfotona ® AK-NMSC is indicated for the preventive and preventive adjuvant treatment of actinic keratosis (AK) and other forms of non-melanoma skin carcinoma (NMSC) in people at risk of developing AK or other forms of NMSC, such as: phenotype I and II, or individuals who have had or are being treated for AK or other forms of NSCLC. How is Eryfotona® AK-NMSC Fluid used?
Apply liberally to all affected areas, as well as others at risk due to chronic sun exposure (face, forehead, chest, scalp, upper arms), twice daily, in the morning and in the early afternoon - photolyase is activated by visible light.
Why use Eryfotona® AK-NMSC liquid?
Eryfotona AK-NMSC Fluid protects and repairs actinic damage caused by the sun. Creates a protective film of DNA Repairsomes® (plankton extract and UVB 109, UVA 39 filters) that prevents the formation of new lesions. In addition, prolonged use stimulates the skin's natural DNA repair mechanisms. The incidence of skin cancer is constantly increasing and is considered a global epidemic. 1 in 5 people develop skin cancer. Solar ultraviolet radiation is an important factor in the development of actinic keratosis and other forms of non-melanoma carcinoma. It is a carcinogen that causes progressive changes in skin cells. Therefore, parts of the body that are chronically exposed to sunlight, such as the face, head, neck, and hands, are more likely to develop actinic keratosis (AK) or other forms of non-melanoma skin carcinoma (NMSC). Other lesions may appear around the primary lesion.
What is actinic damage?
Sun exposure causes damage to cellular DNA that builds up over time: actinic damage. In its more serious form, it can lead to the appearance of rough itchy patches and scaly skin, so-called 'actinic keratosis'. Areas that are chronically exposed to the sun (face, forehead, ears, chest, scalp and upper arms) are more likely to develop such lesions. If not treated adequately, these lesions can develop into non-melanoma skin carcinoma.

- If you have been treated for actinic keratosis or non-melanoma skin cancer, and you wish to prevent their recurrence in the future.
- If you have or have had raised, scaly, itchy actinic spots.
- If you have a family history of non-melanoma skin cancer.
Warning: Apply only to clean, healthy skin. Continued daily administration is necessary for the prevention and treatment of AK and NMCC. Consult the manufacturer in case of allergy to any of the ingredients listed on the package or if you have any doubts. For patients undergoing pharmacological or surgical treatment of AK or NMSC, treatment with Eryfotona® AK-NMSC should be initiated after closure of the lesions.
Caution/Precautions: Actinic keratosis (AK) and other forms of non-melanoma skin carcinoma (NMSC) are caused by chronic exposure to sunlight. If you have had AK or another form of NMCC, you should avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
There is no information on the use of Eryfotona ® AK-NMSC in children, pregnant or lactating women. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients, stop treatment and consult your doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Shake before use.
