Dosage and administration
Application: Supports the normal condition of hair, skin, nails and joints.
Note: Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. We recommend a 36-day intake cycle followed by a 6-day rest period. With this rest period, you can stimulate your body to produce collagen alone.
