Nutritional information (for the recommended daily dose of 50 ml):
5 g hydrolyzed collagen peptides /Fortigel/, 300 mg MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane), 80 mg vitamin C (100% NRV*), 40 mg DE from bamboo chalk (bamboo silica) (Bambusa arundinacea), titrated at 75% in silica, 30 mg hyaluronic acid, 5 ig vitamin D3 (100% NRV*), 1 dose of 50 ml contains 30 mg silica. *NRV= nutritional reference values.
*Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is necessary for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamins C and D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Water, hydrolyzed collagen peptides/Fortigel/methylsulfonylmethane, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavors, ascorbic acid, DE from bamboo chalk (bamboo silica) (bamboo sprouts, maltodextrin), sodium hyaluronate, sweetener: steviol glycosides (stevia), preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; cholecalciferol. DE= dry extract.
Method of use
The recommended dose of Well Move Liquid Collagen is 50 ml once daily (unless otherwise prescribed). Shake before use. After opening the package, store in the refrigerator (at 4°C / 8°C) and consume within 2 weeks. It is recommended to take Well Move Liquid Collagen for extended periods of time.
