Dragon Superfoods Happy Gut mix is designed to support a balanced microbiome. Its delicate taste combines: Jerusalem artichoke, high in inulin, which contributes to colon health as a prebiotic. It stimulates the growth of bifidobacteria, while limiting the development of potentially pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, salmonella and listeria. Carrot powder, rich in insoluble fiber. These in turn facilitate the faster passage of food through the intestines and balance the pH of the intestinal flora. Gluten-free oat flour, containing beta-glucan, which is believed to have a beneficial effect on glucose metabolism after a meal and reduce blood cholesterol levels. Husk, rich in soluble fiber, which absorbs water from digested food, forming a gel-like mass in the intestines. This helps maintain a feeling of satiety. Apple powder, high in pectin. It also serves as a prebiotic and food source for beneficial bacteria in the gut. It facilitates the passage of food and emptying of the colon. Recommended intake: 2 tbsp.
