How to take Gutera™

Dissolve the contents of one sachet of Gutera™ in a glass of water and stir well. Wait 1–2 minutes, stir again and drink the entire amount.

Recommended daily intake

Take one sachet daily, dissolved in a glass of water.

It is suitable to take in the morning before meals or in the evening - after the last meal of the day.

Duration of reception

Start with 10 days of taking one sachet daily, then take a 20-day break.

This cycle should be repeated within three consecutive months, at least twice a year.
