Uridine and cytidine
Uridine and cytidine are biologically active substances that belong to the group of pyrimidine nucleotides. As building blocks, they participate in the structure of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) and have key roles in the construction and metabolism of the nervous system.

L-arginine
L-arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid that is involved in the formation of creatine, which replenishes cellular energy stores in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) (Hristina, Langerholc & Trapecar, 2014). It is used alone or as part of a number of preparations to support strength, power, and muscle recovery during aerobic and strength training (Alvares et al. 2011).
Arginine is well known to cause vasodilation through increased nitric oxide production. In this way, it may promote the use of nutrients for energy and regenerative processes, as well as the removal of metabolites (such as lactate and ammonia) that contribute to fatigue (Schaefer et al., 2002; Campbell, La Bounty & Roberts, 2004).
Asian ginseng
Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng), also called Korean or Chinese ginseng, is a herbaceous plant that has been used since ancient China to improve vitality, health, and longevity (Yun, 2001). The administration of ginsengoids isolated from its root stimulates the central nervous system, improves alertness, and reduces fatigue and stress (Takagi, Saito & Nabata, 1972; Popov & Goldwag, 1973; Bahrke & Morgan, 1994)
In sports science, the positive effects of ginseng on athletic performance have been documented (McNaughton et al, 1989; Liang et al, 2005; Kim et al., 2005), but there is also evidence that its root extract can improve work capacity in people in poor physical condition (Bahrke & Morgan, 1994). Other studies have shown that even single doses of the herb extract can stimulate cognitive function and reduce the feeling of fatigue during prolonged mental exertion (Reay, Kennedy & Scholey, 2006).
Asian ginseng has well-studied adaptogenic properties, which are expressed in reducing the negative effects of stress in a wide range of people (Rai et al., 2003; Kennedy & Scholey, 2003), including those in professions subject to high mental stress such as astronauts and the military (Brekhman & Dardymov, 1969).
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
