Ingredients (per 100 g): L-cystine (38.6%); gelatin; zinc gluconate; green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) (8.5%); millet seed extract (Panicum miliaceum) (6.8%); nicotinamides (niacin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous sulfate; separating agent: silicon dioxide; pepper fruit extract (Capsicum annuum) (1.5%); calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring agent: red iron oxide; thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); riboflavin (vitamin B2); copper sulfate; maltodextrin; folic acid; biotin; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule twice daily with a little liquid of your choice.
Information for diabetics: 1 capsule corresponds to < 0.02 BU (bread units). Lactose-free.
