Recommended intake:
ONE TABLET AND ONE CAPSULE PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL
Take with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Perfectil Skin should only be taken on a full stomach. It is not necessary to take another multivitamin product at the same time as Perfectil. Regular intake is recommended.
