What do Isla mint lozenges contain?
1 lozenge contains 80 mg of aqueous extract of Icelandic lichen (Lichni Islandici extractum liquidum) (0.4–0.8:1).
Other ingredients:
Acacia, sorbitol, light liquid paraffin, aspartame, chlorophyll copper complex (coloring agent E 141), peppermint oil, purified water.
1 lozenge contains 392 mg sorbitol (sweetener) = 0.031 BU (bread units).
What are Isla mint lozenges used for?
The ingredients in mint form a protective layer on the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. In this way, the inflamed mucous membrane is protected and recovers faster.
The beneficial effect of lozenges is especially observed in throat-related complaints caused by:
• dry cough and hoarse voice;
• overstrain of the vocal cords (singers, speakers);
• dry air (heating appliances or air conditioners);
• dry mouth;
• restricted breathing through the nose.
When should you not use isla mint?
Isla Mint should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
What precautions should you keep in mind when using Islam Mint?
If you know that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking Isla Mint.
If you suffer from phenylketonuria (an inherited metabolic disease), please note that the lozenges contain aspartame as a sweetener.

What side effects can islam mint cause?
Very rarely, islamint may have a laxative effect due to the sorbitol content. In very rare cases, allergic reactions are possible.
What else you should keep in mind:
