Triple Action Thyroid combines Ashwagandha, Iodine, Korean Ginseng, and other ingredients to promote thyroid hormone production and conversion to its active compounds. In addition, this formula contains Vitamin B12 to support thyroid function and Vitamin A to maintain healthy serum levels of T3 (active thyroid hormone).
Comprehensive thyroid support
Ashwagandha. This adaptogenic herb promotes thyroid hormone production. In a clinical study, 500 mg of standardized ashwagandha extract per day was shown to promote healthy changes in T4 hormone levels. The herb ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) inhibits some of the oxidative effects caused by nervous tension.
Guggul. Guggul extract (Commiphora mukul) supports the activity of the enzyme that converts T4 into the most active thyroid hormone, T3.
Korean Ginseng. Ginseng is an adaptogenic herb that can promote healthy energy production and a natural ability to manage stress. In a clinical study, ginseng was shown to promote healthy levels of the inactive, thyroid-inhibiting hormone reverse T3 (rT3) and maintain healthy levels of T3 and T4.
Iodine and L-tyrosine. Thyroid hormone production depends on these two nutrients.
Vitamin B12. B12 levels are linked to thyroid hormone levels.
