Aknesil chewable tablets + capsules is a dietary supplement from Bioshield. It contains a mixture of bacterial lysates (parts of inactivated microorganisms) that help activate the immune system and contribute to the formation of an immune response to the microorganisms that are part of them. AKNESIL is a combination of bacterial lysates of microorganisms, probiotics, zinc, vitamins B2 and B3, which support the balance of the microbiome, important for the skin with imperfections.
