Choline Bitartrate (min. 40.7% choline): 221.14 mg, providing 90 mg choline
SAMe (S-Adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate): 180 mg
Milk thistle dry extract (Silybum marianum, seed; 80% silymarin): 162.5 mg, providing 130 mg silymarin
Dry extract of bergamot (Citrus Bergamia, fruit): 150 mg, supplying 1.25 mg of cynarin
Artichoke dry extract (Cynara scolimus L., leaves; 2.5% cynarin): 50 mg, providing
Cholecalciferol (0.25% Vitamin D3): 8 mg delivering 20 μg Vitamin D3 (400% NRV*)
Pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folic acid (100% vitamin B9): 0.3 mg, providing 300 μg Vitamin B9 (150% NRV*)
Cyanocobalamin (100% Vitamin B12): 0.006 mg delivering 6 μg Vitamin B12 (240% NRV*)

Other ingredients: dry stevia extract, sucralose - sweeteners, silicon dioxide - anti-caking agent, maltodextrin - filler, orange flavor, citric acid
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 Bergasilin powder once a day about 30 minutes before meals.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (about 100-200 ml), stir without waiting for it to dissolve completely and drink immediately. If a precipitate forms, add a little more water, stir and drink again.
Duration of reception:
For optimal effect, it is recommended to take Bergasilin for a period of 1-6 months.

Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and by children under 6 years of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children. This product contains natural ingredients, therefore there may be a variation or change in color, which should not be a cause for concern.
