TMG / Trimethylglycine from the American company Life Extension is a natural product that helps with the optimal functioning of the cardiovascular system and regulates homocysteine levels.

Trimethylglycine / TMG is also called glycine betaine, but the name trimethylglycine means that three methyl groups are attached to each glycine molecule. Wheat bran is the main dietary source of TMG, with smaller amounts found in other grains, such as millet, bulgur, and spelt. TMG is also produced in the body from choline, an essential nutrient found in eggs, soy, milk, and beef.
