Travel Mints x 15 lozenges Each lozenge contains 0.5mg of melatonin, which contributes to reducing subjective sensations when changing time zones while traveling. The beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg, which should be taken before bedtime on the first day of travel and in the next few days after arrival at the destination.
