Ecopharm's Ogestan contains trace elements that are necessary during pregnancy and breastfeeding, helping to maintain a healthy and balanced diet.

Active ingredients:

Omega 3, in particular DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) - contributes to the development of the brain and eyes of the fetus, and then of the baby during breastfeeding;
Folic acid (vitamin B9 and folate) - supports the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy;
Iodine - contributes to normal energy metabolism;
Vitamin D3 - contributes to normal bone development and growth in children;
Vitamin E - helps protect cells from oxidative damage.

Reception:

1 capsule daily, before meals with a glass of water. The course should be started before conception and continued during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Follow the indicated daily dose.
