Dosage and method of use

If you are taking antibiotics - Take 1 capsule daily, preferably at a different time than taking the antibiotics.
Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after completing the course of antibiotic treatment.
When traveling - take 1 capsule daily 1 week before the trip, during the trip and 1 week after the end of the trip.
