Dosage:

1 capsule daily. Take with food, a few hours before taking other medicines.

In small children, the capsule can be dissolved and the contents mixed with soft foods such as yogurt or puree.

One package is enough for a two-month intake, for the best manifestation of the benefits.

Warnings:

Store at room temperature. No need to refrigerate before or after opening.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms of stomach upset (eg, diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist for more than 3 days.
