OMNI-BIOTIC Travel is a dietary supplement containing 10 naturally occurring bacterial strains in the human intestine.
The viability and reproduction of the specially combined bacterial cultures are guaranteed for the shelf life of the product.
2. How is OMNI-BIOTIC Travel used?
It is recommended to start taking OMNI-BIOTIC Travel a few days before the start of your trip. Stir 1 sachet of OMNI-BIOTIC Travel (= 5 g) in a glass of water (minimum 125 ml) once a day, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again and then drink. OMNI-BIOTIC Travel can also be mixed with yoghurt, apple juice or lukewarm soups (maximum temperature up to 40 °C). Continue taking OMNI-BIOTIC Travel once a day throughout your trip. It is recommended to take OMNI-BIOTIC Travel on an empty stomach, either immediately after waking up in the morning or before going to bed in the evening.
Since OMNI-BIOTIC Travel contains only natural human intestinal bacteria, it is suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
OMNI-BIOTIC products contain small amounts of various dietary fibers that act as special food for bacteria, including fructooligosaccharides (FOS). If you are fructose intolerant, the activation time of OMNI-BIOTIC Travel should be extended to 30 minutes.
During this time, the bacteria metabolize their food (=fructooligosaccharides, etc.) almost completely, so only a few molecules of these substances reach the intestines.
